Dealing with Zebra USB Connector problems? It has been known for sometime in the industry that the USB board Zebra Technologies uses has had bad solder connections. I have replaced many boards over the past two years. I finally decided to do something about it. Pictured below is a cable stay that I have found that greatly reduces the strain the cable has on the USB connector. I provide these free of charge to my customers.
