We have a new product called RevealPro High-Heat. It is designed for applications that required the label to withstand long periods of high heat and not fade or turn black while using a direct thermal printer. It provides exceptional resistance to heat, cold, UV light, water, and most chemicals including alcohol. Not only will RevealPro outlast traditional synthetic direct thermal labels, but its durability is also comparable to a thermal transfer BOPP with a wax/resin ribbon.

This product is BPA/BPS and leuco dye-free and made in the USA. Produced without harmful direct thermal chemicals which are good for human health and environmentally friendly. Meets FDA-175.105 for indirect food contact requirements.

Problem: We had a company contact us that grows plants for the agricultural industry. They were using a product from Zebra called Thermalock. Unfortunately, Zebra discontinued this product. That is when RevealPro was introduced. The challenge was that in some of the areas of the greenhouse, the temperatures were so hot in direct sunlight, that the labels would slightly turn black.
Solution: We sent in some of our new products called RevealPro High-Heat and that solved the problem. This material offers a special coating for applications that have high heat and humidity. This product works in any direct thermal printer. The customer was happy, they now have a solution for their business.
