Meeting With Datamax In Robinson, Ill

I was pleased to have the privilege of meeting the people at Datamax in their Robinson, Ill label plant.  To say they are out in the middle of nowhere is an understatement, but they made us feel right at home.  I was impressed by there facility and their capabilities.  We were treated to a wonderful lunch in town.  What impressed me the most is the willingness of the customer service and management team to listen to the needs of my customers and work for a mutually beneficial resolution.  They went the extra mile.  PaladinID looks forward to a great business relationship with Datamax.  Their motto should be, “We Try Harder”, because they do.  It is nice to work with such a responsive supplier.  My sincere thanks to everyone at the Datamax plant.
