This post is about a vendor who had trouble delivering their orders and how PaladinID, LLC stepped in and saved the day. Problem:  We had a prospect call and said they are almost running out of labels and that their current label supplier has a six-month lead time and could not deliver.  This company has a large retail presence with many stores.  These labels were used on the shelves for pricing in their stores.  As the President told me, these labels are the lifeblood of our POS system, without accurate and up-to-date pricing, they could lose a great deal of money.  These labels were one color used in their mobile printers, meaning they were direct thermal on small rolls.  Not an easy make.

Solution:  I asked them to send me a roll of labels to make sure I was not missing anything.  I was puzzled as to why their current vendor had such a long lead time.  Upon receiving the direct thermal label samples, everything looked normal.  I decided to do a pilot run to make sure they were happy with my product and to ensure these labels would work with their current line of Zebra mobile printers.  After two days of testing, they gave me the go-ahead to run the order. I am pleased to say we shipped their order within two weeks and kept the company up and running.  The President was thrilled and that made my day.
