Direct Thermal Film Label

We just received some exciting news about Direct Thermal Film. We have secured the last trailer load of this material in the country!

As you know that Jindal Films, the manufacturer of Label-Lyte Platinum Thermal, better known as the Zebra Thermalock 4000D label material, has stopped production of this product.  We have secured the last trailer load of this material in the country!  The discontinuing of this product has left many customers scrambling for a solution.   As you can see pictured, the label on the left is the Zebra Thermalock 4000D and the image on the right is the alternative material that is a work in progress.  The Zebra product holds up much better when cleaning agents are used on the product like a car wash in the automotive auction business.

This label material was designed to hit a niche market for companies that were using mobile printers, which only print in direct thermal, that needed to withstand moisture and challenging outdoor elements like sunlight, heat, and cold.  There was and is nothing like it on the market today.  It was very disappointing to find out this information and not have a solution, although we are working hard to figure it out.
