Troubleshooting The Epson 6000 Series Printer

I had one of my customers call with some questions about their Epson 6000 series printer. 

I sent them this video that Epson produced and it answered all of their questions.  I was very impressed by the content and details they discussed and how it helped not only me but my customer as well.  I learned so much from this short video.  It touched on many things that are normally overlooked or not discussed, like, now to line up or move the label sensor.

I would highly recommend that if you are using an Epson 6000 series printer.
