This is my go-to product for any application that requires print durability, higher than average temperatures, and/or if the label will come in contact with moisture or chemicals.
This label material offers a thermal transfer, pearl white gloss polyester facesheet with a very strong adhesive. It provides unparalleled smear and scratch resistance to moderate chemicals. Service life is up to 3 years outdoors when using Zebra approved 5095 or 5100 resin ribbons. These labels are UL/cUL recognized when using Zebra genuine ribbons.
We have many customers who have used this product for years and have great success. Zebra has done a great job creating a product that prints extremely well with just about any thermal transfer label printer using the correct ribbon.
