I must be the last company to put out a newsletter in the country. The reason I decided on this venture was because of a book i read called “The Revenue Growth Habit” by Alex Goldfayn. One of the many things he talked about over his past 20 years of business consulting was that only 25% of your customers know all about what you do. Meaning, 75% of my customers know very little about what I do. I found that statistic absolutely stunning. But i have to agree, it has happen to me over my past 27 years in the label printing business. I have had customers say to me, “Oh, you do that’? Well, I am determined to change and not let than happen any more. I have put together a simple monthly newsletter that can be read in one minute or less. Every month there will be 3-4 products highlighted that we sell along with industry information that I feel will be helpful to your organization. Please feel free to pass this information along.
