New Auto ID Barcode Name & Website

After being in the auto ID industry over 19 years and having my own business 10 of those years, I am very pleased to announce my new name and new website. This has been a long time in the making. We here at PaladinID are very excited about our name and the direction the company is heading. I want to personally thank all of my customers who have been with me from the start. Over 90% of our customers have been with us 7 or more years. That is a great statistic with today’s churn and burn mentality.Â
I also want to thank Acorn Creative in Laconia, NH at www.acorncreative.com for their insight, hardwork and dedication in helping us through this renaming, rebranding and refocusing of our business efforts. They were a great group of people to work with. I highly recommend them, just not to my competition.Â
We are unveiling our new name at the Nepcon East 2007 Trade Show in Boston, MA on October 30 and 31. We will be in booth 1045. I will be in contact with all of my customers letting them know the great news. Again, thank you and I look forward to hearing from you either in person, on the phone, email or on this new blog. Have a great day and remember to “Make Your Mark”!

Dana and team at PaladinID, congratulations on your new name and website. They both look great! The new look reflects the growth and dynamic changes within your business and that of the Auto ID industry at large. My only hope is that the service, pricing and superior level of customer care does not change. You have been a great vendor for us here at Eastern University over the last 7 years. We have appreciated your delivery of barcode labels, ID card ribbons and ID cards that have met the needs of our over 3700 students. We are fortunate to have a partnership between you and Eastern University.
